These terms govern the bearface.io website and BearFace Ledger. Both are operated by BearFace Media, LLC ("BearFace," "we," "us," or "our").

Website

The website provides general information about BearFace and its services. You may view and use it for lawful purposes. Site content is provided for general information and is not legal, accounting, or financial advice. Unless we say otherwise, BearFace owns the site and its content. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy its content in a way that infringes our rights.

BearFace Ledger license and permitted use

BearFace Ledger is proprietary, internal-use software. It is built for and used solely by BearFace Media to connect our internal tools to QuickBooks Online companies we own or operate. It is not a consumer or marketplace product, and these terms do not grant customers or any outside party a license or right to access, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use it.

Authorized BearFace personnel may use BearFace Ledger only for BearFace business purposes and in accordance with Intuit's applicable terms. Authorization to QuickBooks Online is provided through Intuit OAuth and may be revoked at any time.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site or BearFace Ledger at any time. They are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BearFace Media, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site or BearFace Ledger. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alabama.
